Cilla Lancelyn Green

Cilla Lancelyn Green comes from a literary family and was educated at Oxford. Her father, Roger Lancelyn Green, is best known for his re-tellings of myths and legends for children, and was a member of the famous ‘Inklings’ group that included J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis. Her brother, Richard, is celebrated for his writings on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Her desire is to write intelligent escapist literature for women. Her novel A Quiet Revolution was short-listed for the Catherine Cookson Prize.  After enjoying a delightful life in a small Oxfordshire town, she now lives in France.
