I have removed myself form the equation as much as possible when discussing methods and ways in which to fight. Of course, I am my own case study so there will be many examples drawn from my person life, but I don't want this book to be about me, its about helping you to fight procrastination in your own way.

I don't pretend to be a guru or self-help expert. There will certainly be no blog to visit or mailing list to join. There will be no seminars for you to buy tickets to, this is a book on an issue I feel strongly about, not a business model to be profited from.
