Salt Stains is a debut coming-of-age poetry and photography collection with themes of healing and growth after hardship. Organized by seasons and spanning a year and a half, these poems and photos are put together to document the process of finding oneself on a sinking ship and figuring out how to get back to dry land. While weaving through the city and then outside of it, revelations are found to guide the way. This is a book of those revelations.

But mostly, this is a story about the last dregs of a first hardship, and the beginning of a lifelong journey towards light.
