Robert Pike is a historian of occupied France. His first non-fiction book, Defying Vichy, published in 2018 was written after interviewing former Resistance members. His second book, Silent Village, about the tragedy at Oradour-sur-Glane, was released to acclaim in 2021.
Robert lives in Worcestershire with his wife and two children. The Undesirables is Robert's first novel.
