Ingrid was born and raised in Durban, Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. She was introduced to the practical study of Philosophy through her family and was initiated into meditation at age 15. She grew up reciting Sanskrit prayers on her way to school in the morning with her father. After studying art and qualifying as a Graphic Designer she embarked on a career of accounts executing. She moved to Seattle in the USA for 6 years. After the birth of her first daughter she returned to South Africa and the land she longed for. Her second daughter was born before she embarked on her own business in the arts. She embraced her Spiritual work and moved to a farm in the midlands. Her love for mother Earth deepened and the differences in class systems moved her to find answers spiritually. In her early forties, she began to experience visions and a strong call to healing others. Energy began to move into her body through the crown chakra and out her heart affecting those infront of her. In the search to find out what this was, she realised this was her purpose. Ingrid is a channel for healing energy. She works with many Beings of Light from Archangels to the Archturians and Andromedans to Lord Shiva and Vishnu. The scope of Beings continues to increase and channeling and healing has become her way. This book 'A New Way of Living in the New Earth' is her first channeled book from the Archturian High counsel and is about Unconditional love and how we can live in this natural state of the Universe. It aproaches it from four different angles for understanding and embodiment of love for the All.
