David Mark Chiprut was born in Miami, Florida. He earned a degree in Computer Animation at Miami Dade College. He then went on to study Simulation and Game Design: Modeling and Production at Wake Tech Community College in Raleigh, North Carolina. That was where he started dabbling with writing in earnest. Eventually writing several films scripts and earning some accolades in a few international screenwriting competitions. Those being a three time Semifinalist in the 2020 Spring, Summer, and Fall Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards. He is also a Quarterfinalist  in the 2019 PAGE International Screenwriting Awards Competition, the 2021 ScreenCraft Sci-Fi & Fantasy Screenwriting Competition, the 2021 Summer and Winter Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards, and the 2020 ScreenCraft Action and Adventure Screenplay Competitions. Those successes ultimately inspired him to take a story he first envisioned as a television series and convert it to a novel series. That series being Domini Sanguinis.
