Lisa A DeYoung is an educator, spiritual director and has an MA in pastoral care. She is currently researching best spiritual retreat practices. She is passionate about the intersection between faith and the complex human story. Whether through writing, education or pastoral care, her goal is to encourage, especially those who have experienced trauma, and to "give the world a big hug" one meaningful connection at a time.
