About the author

Diane Viola

Born in Sydney, Australia, reading, writing and speaking have been lifelong passions for Diane Viola. From her teens, Diane sought to gain a greater understanding of herself and the human condition through the written word. In her private practice as a Relationship & Family Counsellor & Coach since 1998, this is one of the tools she encourages her clients to use for their enlightenment.

'Travels with Buster - A Journey of Unconditional Love' is her first book, written from the heart, with a second on the nature of joy due in 2020. Signed copies are available from her website www.dianeviola.com or connect with Diane on Facebook at www.facebook.com/DianeViolaAuthor.

With an education and training background, in her former role as Program Manager for The Peer Support Foundation NSW, Diane developed school-based, peer-led, anti-bullying and personal development programs for children and young people recognised for their contribution toward anti-violence and suicide prevention. Through this experience, her commitment to communicating complex concepts in an accessible manner became the inspiration for her future writing.

Diane's articles, podcasts and videos on personal growth, relationship, parenting, family, life purpose and social issues are available from her Inner Sense Blog at www.positiverelating.com/resources/. Diane and her husband, Roberto moved to the Gold Coast in 2002 where they enjoy exploring the beauty of the beaches and hinterland on the back of their Harley Davidson and more recently by 4WD. Along with all that Australia holds for the adventurer, recent trips to Egypt and Europe have once more whetted Diane's appetite for the culture and natural beauty of our world. While no one will ever be able to replace their beloved Buster, who passed on December 27, 2017, they look forward to welcoming a brother or sister for him soon.
