When the Last National Winklebutty Bank threatens to foreclose on the property and send its canine residents to their doom in the factory owned by the evil Sausage Baron of Lumpy Bottom, Rocco Parmigiana, retired racing royalty Angeli Cup and her steed Destiny's Poo have only one option: limp right out of retirement. Can this unlikely duo race once more to win the most prestigious gong of them all-the Winklebutty Cup, complete with its victory stinky cheese?

Standing in their way are age, incompetence, insolence, malfeasance, flatulence – and Rocco's nephew, Chad Cheerio, with his cheating cheetah Fate's Fur Art.
