The Hero Way is an alchemical text that is part guide, part memoir, and part fable. It tells the surreal writer's adventure of my secret hero's journey in search of the Peace Story as I charge outward through story space. I hope this text provides some inspiration and guidance to those who read it.

I share my alchemical writer's game of Jump Point and some of my writing adventures. I take you on a ride-along through the Taoist Mysterious Pass to awakening and then into The Lord's Bedchamber where I use the thresholds of heart and mind to crack open The People's Story, revealing The Four Journeys and the practice of story sorcery. I finish with a near-future fable to dramatize the natural conflicts and alliances of the People's Story and the increasing threat we face from the nexus of technology and story sorcery. I climax with a casting call to create New Atlantis, a democracy turbocharger that will accelerate "We the People" into a future of peace, freedom, and unimaginable prosperity.
