A Pretty One. A Hero. And their magical journey to Heaven. After 9/11.

It's September 11th, 2001. A young woman wakes up in an unfamiliar world; a place of endless pavement and clear blue skies. Without memories or any belongings she sets out on a quest to find her story. As she ventures out, she meets a fireman in the same predicament. She calls him Hero. He calls her Pretty One.

Together Pretty One and Hero embark on a journey to find their true identities. As they travel through a bewildering yet magical realm with no familiar signposts or landmarks, they encounter paper snow, a talking tree, a boy named Possibility and a drink that gives them "Fresh Eyes." It is a realm rich with symbolism.

They realize time and space are relative; things can still exist even without a name or physical presence. As they continue their quest, the road they travel presents obstacles that challenge friendship, courage and hope.

Pretty One discovers reality, as she knows it, is not what it appears to be. When she learns her identity, she realizes the true meaning of life, death, love and hope. And, Hero discovers his true destiny in a world away.

The Road To Beyond is a modern fairy tale that reminds us all that every single human being on earth has significance and that even in inexplicable tragedy we are connected to one another. The story offers hope to those who have lost a loved one.
