La Vernae Simone has been a book nerd from the word “go!” Reading became her avenue for traveling the world and writing books her vehicle for living vicariously through the lives and livelihoods of fictional characters and other fascinating archetypes. La Vernae lives in Tallahassee, Florida and spends her time mothering a 15-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua who takes the place of her three adult children.
