Dana Ann Evans

Dana Evans is a Texas artist with a master's degree in art and education. She is a landscape photographer, fine art potter, creative writer, and mother to five children. She is currently working on a photo documentary of the 11,000 acres of the Blackland Prairies of Fannin County, Texas that are scheduled to become Lake Ralph Hall. The lake will provide drinking water to future Texans, but, the richest parts of the prairies, including the North Sulphur River and all of it's Cretaceous fossils, and stone tool artifacts, will be submerged forever.
