An avid reader from the time she could hold a book, Kay Leyda adores Young Adult Fantasy books. Growing up, A Wrinkle in Time and Chronicles of Narnia were her favorite serieses. By junior high, she had discovered Libba Bray and Tamora Pierce. Her love of magic, fantasy, talking animals, and mermaids are reflected in her debut novel, Of Seafoam & Saltwater.
