I love rugby league. It runs in my veins. So when my dad offers me a job that will allow me to live my dream…mostly, how can I refuse?

My brother’s best friend.

They play on the newest team in the league. The one my dad coaches. When they’re not playing, he’s at our house. Every. Damn. Day.

Oh, did I mention he takes great pleasure in making my life hell.

Graduating from teasing and hair pulling to flat out screaming matches and interfering in my love life isn’t enough for him.

And…he’s hot as hell. Thighs like tree trunks that I want to climb.

I hate him for making me feel like this. For wanting him.

I am definitely not his number one fan.

Coming back to Australia to play in the newest team in the league - The Dingos wasn’t in my plan, but how often does life go to plan?

The only good things about coming back is seeing my best friend and her.

If my best friend knew about all the things I want to do to his sister…he'd kill me. String me up and beat me to within an inch of my life.

How can I not want her?

Everything about her is perfect and the fact she gets me like no one else makes it even harder. But she pushes my buttons in a way no one else does.

If I can keep my gigantic…ego in check, on the field and off, long enough to show her we could be good together…and she doesn’t bite my head off. The fireworks that go off when we fight; could go off for other reasons.

I know she’s not my number one fan…but I intend to do everything in my power to change that.

Can one wild night be the push they need? Or are they destined to be enemies forever?
