Alex Vance has forgotten something, but he can't quite figure out what. And it's all because of a tower, one that may or may not have just appeared near his business. A strange, crystalline tower that seems to call out to him, that fills him with déjà vu while also filling him with forgetfulness.

Strangely enough, it also seems to make everyone else forget. Except, perhaps, for the homeless man who has been following him around, the one person to share his fascination with the tower. Yes, that man believes and he could have answers. Or he could be dangerous...

But isn't that the same as the building itself? Isn't this all just a risk? To himself, to his sanity, to his business, to all the people who care about him? Are the answers that important? Are the questions? Does he really need to know why there are so many connections between himself and this tower? Does he really need to know what is changing about himself? Does he really need to remember anything at all?

And is it really the tower that is the risk? Or is it... the memories?
