Khaya Ronkainen is a South African writer based in Finland. Drawing from nature, personal history, and cross-cultural experiences, her writing often examines hybrid identity, belonging, navigating loss, and the restorative power of the natural world. She is the author of three poetry collections: The Sheltering, From the Depths of Darkness, and Seasons Defined.
