Ellie Douglas, born and raised in New Zealand. A graduate of Massey, and is a freelance graphic artist. She has spent ten years working with Autistic children, and has done some overseas traveling. She is a member of NZSA and SpecFicNZ.

Ellie lives in Auckland, New Zealand with her husband, and four children. Before she started writing horror/thrillers, she designed award winning book covers for authors and still does. She also does book cover animations, banners and much more. Her favorite job is the one she’s now doing full time — writing horror/thrillers.

Her book, Hounded has won many awards, including the Greenlight Screenplay Movie Adaption Award, Reader’s Choice Awards, New Apple and Top Shelf and recently Book Excellence Award. She’s been on numerous podcasts and is always striving to give back.
