An avid reader, The Legend of Tarik by Walter Dean Myers sparked him to write his own fantasy/sci-fi stories.

- He's written a few unpublished, comic book scripts.

- A verse from his Black Sci-Fi/Fantasy poetry entitled Sankofa, is published in the Sankofa Guard comic book.

- In 2012, he published the e-book Watch The Shadows: darkfantasypoetry.

- In 2015, his story Edge Of Innocence was published in The City: A CyberFunk Anthology.

- In 2021, via NKOSI MEDIA LLC, he published The Great Force, a comic book project created by his son.

- For the foreseeable future, he will be losing large amounts of sleep to bring other projects from dream to reality; testing the patience of his Wife and Son in Chicago.
