Elizabeth is a writer, general creative sort, and all-around dork who loves books, animals, chocolate, and the beach. She's very much a jeans and t-shirts kind of girl—don't expect to see her in too many dresses unless it's a very, very special occasion… and even then, the heels won't stay on for long.

In writing, she pursues light, color, the unexpected, and the triumph of good over evil (but only after a considerable amount of stress and aggravation to make things interesting, of course). She strives to see the good in the world, the magical in the mundane, the light in the darkness, and the transcendent in the ordinary. She may not always get there, but it's good to have goals.

In addition to writing, Elizabeth enjoys visual arts, music, and playing mind-numbing games on shiny, new electronics.

A Californian at heart, she currently resides in North Texas with her husband, Andrew, and a 4-footed doofus of a dog named Hershey.
