First time author Esetu Jijana discovered her love for literature the moment she read Shakespeare’s Hamlet Prince of Denmark back in 5th grade. Of course she couldn’t understand half the words but she never quit because her English teacher promised that “Practice makes perfect”. Since then she’s read a lot of books and that turned her into that kid in the corner with her head buried on a romantic novel if not a crime thriller. Then one day on her senior year in high school she came across a quote by Toni Morrison, "If there's a book that you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it" And that is the day the idea of Theophilia was born. After a while of contemplating she finally published it and hopefully there will be more books in her name to follow.
