In 2024 I hit a real low point in my life. I’d been out of work for many months, was crippled by anxiety, and battling ME/CFS, and wondering how the heck I was going to dig myself out of the hole this time. During my ‘down time’ I realised there must be lots of other people feeling like me, so I decided to share my tips for how I keep building myself back up after each setback (and there’s been a few!), and how I keep hoping and planning for a better future. No matter how overwhelming it all feels sometimes, there is always hope.
