Olivia Carter is a bright, bubbly young woman living with her divorced mother, Effie, and their Labrador, Blake. On the surface, they live a quintessentially English upper-middle class existence, yet an accidental encounter with Blake sparks a sexual curiosity in Olivia that she finds difficult to ignore.

Her Student Counsellor, Dr Leita James, advises Olivia to experiment with these new feelings, and it's not long before Olivia is happily embracing a new and more fulfilling relationship with Blake.

But it occurs to Olivia that Blake is adapting to this relationship far too easily, as if he had already been trained to satisfy a willing 'bitch'. And if that is the case, there was only one other 'bitch' in the household, her mother, Effie.

Soon, Olivia begins her quest for answers, starting with Effie and Jean Hanley, the owner of the local kennels, but is Olivia ready for the depraved world that exists behind the doors of Club Rex?
