As children, my brother and I were ripped away from our mother. We were trained to track and kill our own kind, isolated from ever belonging to a pack. We were loyal to the cause, never wavering from the route that had been chosen for us.

We were warriors until we stumbled into the Katu pack. There, my brother and I scented our fated mate—the one destined for us both. We went against everything we were taught and ended the tradition of the Shikari.

All there was left to do was hunt down our mate and never let her go.

About the author

Jade Marshall

I am a South African author from the Northern Cape. I found someone to take a chance and me and now I am published (yaaaay). Since I was a little girl I have loved reading and telling stories. I never dreamed that anyone else would like my stories. Luckily, I have a great support system. People who support me and pushed me to chase my dreams.
I am the mother of a 17-year-old blonde girl, who still thinks her mom is cool even though she is now a teenager. A loving, hard-ass, biker husband who constantly puts up with my insanity and supports everything I do. Our other children include an American red-nosed Pitbull (Lesnar), a German Rottweiler (Tyson), and a fox terrier (Patches).
I try to keep them all alive and happy and mostly succeed. Although my cooking skills do need a lot of work.
