Petrea Burchard is an author and audiobook narrator. Her writing is featured online and in print. Camelot & Vine, her first novel, follows a failing Hollywood actress as she tumbles through a gap in time, accidentally saves King Arthur's life, and finds the truth she never knew she needed. The Camelot & Vine audiobook, narrated by the author, was nominated for the 2023 Society of Voice Arts & Sciences Award for author narration (Bono won that year!).
Act As If: Stumbling Through Hollywood with Headshot in Hand, Burchard's book of comic essays based on personal experience, reveals the funny side of life as a journeyman actor in Hollywood. Her latest novel is The Winter Archives, about an archivist who discovers a photo that changes who she thought she was. It's currently in search of representation.
