Al Hague
Al Hague was born and raised in the quiet corners of post-war Blandford, Massachusetts. He is a resilient soul whose journey sprawled across America's diverse landscapes. He now calls picturesque Whidbey Island, Washington, home, where he shares it with his beloved wife, Diane, and his loyal service dog, Brady.
Al is a USMC NCO Vietnam War veteran disabled from the effects of the chemical Agent Orange used in the war. His spirit, unbroken, transformed professional challenges into creative fuel. After capturing life's raw moments through photojournalism for over a dozen years, Al discovered a new canvas: the written word, where his experiences fill pages waiting to be explored.
He loves to travel, is always open to new adventures, and looks forward to meeting his readers wherever he goes.
