The basic concept of flow has existed for millennia, probably from the origin of human beings. Over time, people around the world have connected excellence with flow. From ancient samurai to modern athletes, flow, as a rendition to natural movements and the flow of life energy, has been widely experienced, yet largely unknown, from the very beginning.

So, starting from the etymological meaning of the word flow and the word happiness, we will see how the two words are connected and almost synonymous. Happiness is a by-product of flowing.
