Now reading letter to Senator Edward Kennedy (November 10, 2003). It states:

"The walls of our New Haven Veterans With AIDS Drop-In Center contained over 130 names of dead AIDS Brigade volunteers (enclosed picture). All were black, all were from one neighborhood and all injected crack heroin. AIDS is the leading cause of death among black men and women ages 25 to 44. Although blacks comprise only 13% of our nation's population, they comprise 57% of IV-drug users with AIDS."

This morning, opened journal and read: "Nothing is as powerful as an idea whose time has come." From Jail to Yale states:

"~10am Friday April 24 1992

Yesterday police again arrested AIDS Brigade members at City Hospital. Massachusetts Department of Health reported there are 26 times more black babies than white babies with AIDS. Most pediatric AIDS cases result from parental IV-drug use. States without needle laws have low IV-drug user AIDS, while states with needle laws have high IV-drug user AIDS. Blacks are largest racial group coming for City Hospital needle exchange. Obviously, needle exchange arrests increase number of black addicts with AIDS and this increases number of black babies with AIDS."

Above sentence - "Massachusetts Department of Health reported there are 26 times more black babies with AIDS than white babies with AIDS" - should help expose crack heroin.

New York Times article, "Jury Awards 2 Drug Agents $1.5 Million (February 13, 2003, p. A31)" states:

"Mr. McLaughlin and Mr. Micewski said they had uncovered a Dominican drug-trafficking ring in Philadelphia, New York and other east coast cities that was funneling profits to the Dominican Revolutionary Party which they said was supported by the Central Intelligence Agency and the State Department..."

"The agents filed a civil rights lawsuit in 1997, saying they had 'become the targets of vicious unfounded attacks on their credibility and careers by the federal government,' with the 'marionetted support' of Mr. Corbett and the Philadelphia district attorney's office.

The lawsuit also said the Dominican Revolutionary Party 'was, and is, protected and sanctioned, unlawfully, by the agencies of the United States government, to include the CIA and State Department, enabling the Dominicans to distribute illegal drugs at will.'"

Quickest way solving problem often simplest way. Boston Police Department drug control unit commander, Lt. Frank Armstrong, stated: "'They've been mixing lidocaine and procaine with heroin for 25 years (Boston Herald 4 June 2003 'Deadly 'crack heroin' flooding Hub streets' p.2)."

"Dear President Donald Trump, please demand the CIA and intelligence agencies explain:

'If they have been mixing lidocaine and procaine with heroin since 1978, why are there no heroin arrests reporting the seizure of lidocaine or procaine?'"

Without doubt, President Trump asking the CIA and intelligence agencies that question would expose deadly crack heroin and win him re-election. All President Trump needs to say, "How can we trust the other side."
