"Lysz Flo" is a trilingual spoken word artist, author of fiction and poetry, and podcast host  focusing on self love, cultural identity and women’s empowerment.

She initiated her spoken word performances in September 2015 at Poetic Lakay. She performs throughout South Florida:

The B Side, B-Great Showcase,  Tea and Poets, including the RAW Miami Showcase. She also performed at Busboys  and Poets Lizz has self published Lysz Flo Reflects (Jan 2019) and is working on her second body of work to be released in 2020.
