Spaghetti with Broccoli and Chicken
Ingredients:
3 skinless & boneless chicken breast halves, cooked
1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti, cooked
1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
3 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt and black pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
Season chicken with a little salt and pepper.
Grill or broil chicken until no longer pink.
Cube cooked chicken.
Cook broccoli and spaghetti separately according to their package directions.
Run garlic through a garlic press.
Combine pressed garlic and olive oil in a small bowl.
Toss chicken, spaghetti, broccoli and garlic oil together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
