Ángela Bianca Echavarría de Panasiti was born in the Dominican Republic. She lives in Massachusetts (USA) since 2010. In 1994 he graduated in Journalism and Broadcasting in the Dominican Republic. She is a Writer and Declaimer. Winner of the "Pluma de Plantino" award granted by the California Song Festival in 2007 for her poem: Oda Triste a la Tierra Cansada. Since 2010 she has participated in the world of Christian Television and Radio.

He graduated in 2013 from the Reina Valera Seminary where he received diplomas in: Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Christian Education and Sacred Literature. In 2014, she was certified as a Theo-Therapeutic Counselor with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Inter-national Board of Chaplain & Therapeutic Community Professional Certification. The Ministry she directs, Tiempo de Vivir, gets its name from his television program.
​​​​​​​Currently this ministry is dedicated to setting captives free and leads an annual conference which, in conjunction with other ministries, is dedicated to equipping women and ministering inner healing and deliverance.
