Fueled by a burning passion for storytelling, honed and refined through years of writing classes and countless hours editing screenplays and friends' manuscripts, Mila has triumphantly penned her first novel. Drawing from her rich Serbian background, Mila weaves a tale that resonates with authenticity and insight. When not crafting stories, as an independent researcher she enjoys mining forgotten stories too important to ignore, constantly reading, cooking and entertaining loads of family and friends. Besides morning beach walks with her dogs, Mila spins (a lot) and unwinds with yoga. She finds inspiration from fellow writers and has an insatiable passion for traveling the world. Mila and her family currently reside on the West Coast.
