Stephanie Julie Pfiffner is an author from Zurich, Switzerland. She lives in London. In 2023, she completed her Master's degree in Creative Writing in English in Cardiff, Wales. Shortly afterward, she rediscovered her passion for her native German language and has since been enthusiastically writing about extraordinary creatures.

Writing stories has always been her childhood dream, ever since she learned that Meggie in Cornelia Funke's "Inkdeath" could immerse herself in books. As a child, her fingers were rarely not wrapped around a thick novel.

When she's not busy writing, she explores new restaurants with her friends or talks to her dog, Chelsea, about the world and its people.

She has a weakness for shapeshifters and thrilling suspense, as well as for multifaceted and complex characters.
