Claris Lam (she/her) is a Chinese Canadian author and poet who writes to inspire readers with hope, perseverance, creativity, and happy endings. She has self-published a murder mystery series entitled the Harlow Mystery series. The first two books were nominated for several categories in the 2023 Indie Ink Awards and 2024 Queer Indie Awards.

​​​​​​​Her debut poetry chapbook, Refilling The Well, was published in February 2025. She is currently writing several novels and poetry chapbooks.

​​​​​​​When she's not writing, you can find her reading one of her several books from her to-be-read pile and investigating the stories of every game she plays and book series she reads.
