Throughout history, there have been numerous other examples of big errors made by mankind, many of which persisted for centuries before being corrected. Here are a few examples:

1. For much of human history, many people believed that the Earth was flat. This belief persisted until the 15th century when explorers such as Christopher Columbus demonstrated that the Earth was indeed round.

2. For centuries, it was believed that living organisms could arise spontaneously from non-living matter, and that disease was caused by "bad air" or miasma. This belief persisted until the 19th century when Louis Pasteur, a French microbiologist, demonstrated the role of microorganisms, such as bacteria and viruses, in causing diseases.

3. Alchemy was an ancient practice that aimed to turn base metals into gold and find the philosopher's stone, a mythical substance believed to have magical properties. Alchemy was eventually replaced by modern chemistry, which is based on empirical evidence and scientific method.

Today, spirituality has been identified as the biggest of all errors made by mankind. We wallowed in the stupidity of spirituality due to a lack of knowledge. Spirituality is mankind’s biggest folly. Spirituality is often contrasted with religion, but the two are not mutually exclusive. While most people find spirituality within a religious framework, others may seek it outside of organized religion. No matter where you find it, spirituality is a hoax. It is a primitive indulgence that adds no value to humanity. Spirituality is what primitive people do when they are overwhelmed by a lack of knowledge and understanding of who they are and of the universe.
