There are many general books on menopause. But this book is for those who want to know more than the basics. The information in Can I Speak to the Hormone Lady is based on scientific studies, 40 years experience as a pharmacist, and my work as a hormone specialist for over 10 years. Some have referred to me as "The Hormone Lady".

As a pharmacist, I have knowledge of prescription and non-prescription menopause treatment, including herbal medications. I have also learned from and for the hundreds of hormone clients I treated over the years, many of whom came to me after experiencing problems with standard prescription treatments.

In addition to referenced information and detailed descriptions of  hormones and how they work, I have included the system for analyzing hormone imbalances I successfully used in my practice for years, with explanations of what to look for and what it all means.

The purpose of my book is to enable women to understand what is happening when hormones become imbalanced, and know what they can do to get back to normal.
