Elly D. C. Stroo Cloeck RA (comparable with CPA) RE (Chartered IT Auditor) CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) is a Dutch consultant living in The Netherlands. She specializes in Finance, GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Audit. She has worked as an external auditor, internal auditor and risk manager since 1980, and as a self-employed project and interim manager through her company ESCIA since 2009.
