Michelle Gibson-Morgan is a Certified Talent Management (CTMP), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and Change Management Practitioner (CMP) who understands the dynamics of navigating career matters at different stages. She has advised, mentored and coached many professionals, formally and informally. Her professional expertise includes career consulting, learning and development, talent management, change management, and diversity and inclusion. 

Michelle teaches people how to market themselves for the career opportunities that they want, starting with their outlook on their life and careers. She helps them to identify various career paths and learning opportunities to achieve their goals. She uses storytelling, statistical data and insights from employment services training to guide persons on their career journey. 

Michelle holds undergraduate degrees from the University of the West Indies and Brock University and is currently completing her master’s degree with Central Michigan University. She has also completed Employment Services Training for Settlement through the Ontario Council for Agencies Serving Immigrants (OCASI).
