When a bullied junior stock broker hits it big on an unknown penny stock, he decides to quit his aggravating job in a most revengeful way and then buys a house in the "peaceful" suburbs with his winnings. However, little does Trevor Grayson know that his new neighborhood is overrun with unsanitary barking dogs that make his life a living nightmare. Thus he begins a quest that in the end puts him on death row.

The turning point occurs when an intimidating Neanderthal couple, along with their five maniacal sons and their terrorizing beast-dog, move into the neighborhood and take over the town. Totally frustrated, Trevor decides that now is the time to take his dream vacation to the Himalayas where deep in the forest, he encounters an outlandish group of inhabitants where status is determined by body girth and tooth count. After narrowly escaping immersion in a vat of boiling virgin olive oil, he saves the life of the gargantuan king's obese son and is granted a pardon. But just before Trevor leaves for home, he is startled out of his wits by an enormous blue tiger who lays a magical, but hilarious-looking silver nose-mask at his feet.

When he finally arrives home in the middle of the night, Trevor is greeted by a tumultuous party sponsored by Vinnie, his nasty neighbor. After a vehement encounter with the brute, he totally loses it and in his haste calls upon the mystical mask to do the unthinkable. His unwise action lands him on death row in a prison that is loaded with a slew of callous prisoners ruled by a malicious, goose-stepping warden. After gaining the respect of his fellow inmates, the story abruptly ends with a surprising outcome.
