The Storm of the Century:

An intense nor'easter is heading for the small fishing village of Davis Cove, located along the rugged coast of Northern Maine. Expected to cause power outage and loss of cellular coverage, the locals are battening down the hatches. On her way to her father's remote cabin outside Davis Cove, Anna McLean meets the handsome and chivalrous Brandon O'Neil, former Navy SEAL currently working as a Private Investigator. They spend a few hours together before the storm hits and cuts off the region from the outside world. When Anna says goodbye to Brandon, she wonders if they will see each other again.

A fiery crash in the middle of the night:

Anna sees Brandon again all too soon when, in the middle of the night, a crash on the road outside her cabin awakens her. She rushes to the crash only to find Brandon, unconscious and injured, a bullet wound in his side.

A warning to run for her life:

Anna discovers that Brandon is a man of multiple identities, carrying a sniper rifle and is a member of a revolutionary militia. He's also carrying a letter addressed to her from her brother, warning her to go into hiding, take on a new identity because her life is in danger. The letter also warns that the only man she should trust is Brandon. But Brandon doesn't remember anything for the past few months. He doesn't remember meeting her or her brother. He has no idea why he's supposed to help her, but this much he does know: she needs his protection.

THE IDENTITY is a romantic suspense series that follows Anna and Brandon as they struggle to learn who he really is and why he's been sent to find her.

THE MISSION, Book Two of the Black Unit Series, will be released in 2021.
