Pippa moved away from her wonderful childhood home in Seagull Bay not long after her mother passed away.

However, after receiving a heart-wrenching letter from her aunt, Pippa finds herself packed and travelling back home in her little Mini car with her beloved pet retriever by her side. Back to the coastal town she grew up in.

Little did she know, she would stumble upon her childhood sweetheart within the first few minutes of her arrival. Especially after years of accepting the fact that it was unlikely she would ever see Oliver again following his parents' divorce during their teenage years and his move to America.

Pippa thought she had gotten over him, but seeing him as a strapping six-foot-two tall hunk of a grown man, her galloping heart and weak knees didn’t miss a beat letting her know she was a fool to have even contemplated it.

Now, as well as having work alongside the one that got away, while Oliver is a temporary employee whilst helping her family business, she also has a heart-wrenching decision she to make it.

Is her aunt expecting too much of her? Will she pack her bags and run away again? Or will she put Oliver's and her differences aside and do what is right?

And will the sudden arrival of a gorgeous American—Oliver’s ex—have anything to do with her decision?
