Joseph Rousell is a creative writing major at NYU, and a veteran of the United States Navy who served from 2006 to 2011. A native New Yorker, his writing career began as a hobby, writing fanfiction as a member of the Star Wars online community. In addition to writing, his hobbies and interests include learning to play the electric bass, music, singing karaoke, computer networking, improv comedy, reading, movies, traveling and sightseeing.
