Dr. Eloy Puga was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He grew up in Southwest Detroit and graduated from Western International High School in 1995. Following his radical conversion to Christ on November 23, 2003, his aim has been to live a beautiful life that honors God and inspires people.

Brother EP seeks to help God's people advance as people of God. His focus is not trying to reach everybody because he understands "Only hungry hearts desire the bread of truth." Eloy is the founder of Truth to Consider Ministries and holds degrees in philosophy, apologetics, and theology.
