Homeless: My apartment burned down in a fire. So now Little Prince, my Beta fish, and I are living with my parents.

Single: Um. Yeah. (Ignore my slightly reddened cheeks.) The adult children of my parents’ friends have stable jobs, homes, partners, and kids. And I’m thirty and still figuring things out. So doing my best to ignore the pressure. And after Gramps hurts himself doing Tai-Chi, my parents and grandparents suddenly want to ‘talk’. Yikes! What now?

The one sane person in my life is Patrick, an Italian stallion I met at a spa and teacher. Maybe things are looking up.
