Besides writing dystopian flash fiction and epic vampire novels, queer author Ramona Ridgewell (she/her) has two poems in the speculative poetry anthology, Eccentric Orbits Volume 4: An Anthology Of Science Fiction Poetry (Dimensionfold, 2023), and two poems in Eccentric Orbits 5: An Anthology of Science Fiction Poetry (Dimensionfold, 2024). She co-edited Two Hour Transport Anthology: 2 (Fairwood Press, 2024), which contains an excerpt from her debut novel, Being a Vampire - Seattle Vampire Tales Book One(Intrepid Turtle Press, 2024).
Her days are spent tapping on a keyboard to create pretty software. She seeks out adventures, near and far; lures melodies from her piano, guitar and vocal cords; and experiments with combinations of edible ingredients—recipes are just guidelines. Although no little furries currently share her home, crows from the neighborhood murder follow her on her walks and drop little gifts to gain her affection. A proud member of the Dreamcrashers, she thrives in the Two Hour Transport community where she is part of the management team.
