His work has appeared in The Washington Times and more than 20 newspapers and journals across the country, and his professional background includes years of high-level writing for federal agencies and public officials.

With over 30 years of personal research into the intentions of the Framers, Lynch has developed a reputation for cutting through myths and uncovering the lesser-known truths buried in America’s founding documents. His mission is simple: to challenge the assumptions most people—including politicians, pundits, and judges—make about the Constitution and the rights it protects, especially when it comes to your money.

Lynch’s publishing credits span both fiction and nonfiction. He coauthored The Majestic Twelve, a memoir of the Iraq War published by St. Martin’s Press, and sold a crime novel, 180 Seconds in Willow Park, to New Line Cinema and Dove Books. He holds a degree in political science from George Mason University and has spent most of his professional life immersed in writing, analysis, and policy.

When he’s not reading obscure 18th-century political debates, you’ll find Lynch fishing or building intricate stone walls and garden structures in his backyard.
