About the author

Hatem Sabbagh

Hatem has spent considerable time in Africa, mostly in Nigeria and shares his subjective views of what happens when two completely different cultures meat. His books are harsh, cynical, sometimes even flat-out racist. But make no mistake, his books about Nigeria stems from a deep love and respect for both Nigeria and its people.

He also writes books about the phenomenon called "Zajal" in Arabic and that is quite popular in the middle east.

Hatem is of Lebanese/Egyptian descent but grew up and resides in Sweden.
