A.B. Ssaazi
Andrew Ssaazi is 33 now. Between 2013, when he attained his first degree in Business Administration from Gulu University, and now, 10 years later, he has been unemployed twice, and gotten professional work with two insurance companies and two top commercial banks across the country in the area of business development, working from clerical level right up to managerial level.
In the same period, Andrew has started private businesses where he has employed a couple of people. He also partnered with Mrs. Margret Kulabako Kasozi (MBA) in 2019 to establish a consultancy firm called SSAZMARG Consultancy Ltd™, which doubles as a recruitment agency. The agency has provided employers (5 corporate companies, 2 academic institutions, and 3 non-government organizations)with human resource consultancy services, and recruited professionals in various fields. Through the agency, over one thousand job seekers—both skilled and semi-skilled have been helped to get job placements.
Andrew is an author of two self-help books: Confident Mind (with Johnnan N. Ruvuza) and The Homework of Potential Greatness. He has also researched, written, and spoken widely on the subjects of Productivity, and Personal and Professional Developmen,t where he is an expert on topics such as Decision Making, Strategy, Negotiation, Imagination, Creativity, and Success Psychology.
Andrew is a proud father of two- Alex Ssaazi and Angella Ssaazi, and lives in Kampala, Uganda.
