How much do you love your pets?

Do you consider them a part of your family?

Do they comfort you when you need them?

I love my animals. I have rescued my dogs and cats that still live with my family. They are a part of my home. I wouldn't know how I'd feel if I was forced to leave my home and risk losing my best friends, my pets.

I tell you what I would do without hesitation. If I had to carry my animals to a safer place, I would in a heartbeat! I couldn't bear to leave them behind.

Ukraine is at war. People are walking miles with their belongings, which include their pets they refuse to leave behind. My heart and soul go out to every man, woman, and child in Ukraine. And yes, their animals.

Animals cannot speak to us. They cannot say how terrified they are, and that they don't understand what's going on in their world of destruction. They only know their owners who loved them unconditionally. Their safe place.

To the animals that were left behind, and to the ones that remained with their families. I hope this book will help feed and house as many animals as possible.

My heart is broken to hear about this horrific ordeal that Ukraine is going through. My thoughts and prayers will continue daily for you all until this is over and beyond that.
