I first started writing when I was 10 years old. I remember hiding myself in my room for hours and writing nonstop in my blank notebooks. Over the course of two years I wrote my own little novel, although I never let anyone else read it. Around the time I was almost finished writing, my teacher ended up reading Bridge to Terabithia to us in class. After listening to that book I realized that my novel had a lot of similarities to Bridge to Terabithia, even though that had been the first time I was ever introduced to the book. I ended up tearing up my novel and throwing it out when I realized it wasn't original.
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
I love just getting lost in what I am writing, being transported to a different world, and losing time.
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
I love to play video games, which I sometimes stream myself doing so that I have some company while I play, as well as reading other peoples novels.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I've been writing for so long and no one has ever seen any of my work (unless, of course, you count my fanfictions) other than one or two people who really enjoyed what I gave them to read, so I finally decided to just take the plunge and let more people read my work.
